Kyoto and the EU
oops
So much for leading the world into a new and prosperous environmental nirvana. Maybe we should make the US signing of Kyoto conditional on the EU following through. "If you guys demonstrate that you can make the treaty work, we'll jump on board. Also, please stop your bitching." -sm |
