WASHINGTON, May 29 — As the Bush administration completes secret new rules governing interrogations, a group of experts advising the intelligence agencies are arguing that the harsh techniques used since the 2001 terrorist attacks are outmoded, amateurish and unreliable.

As long as we are torturing others we have no right to complain about anything done to Americans.
We must display the strength of our convictions or we are just hypocrites, sad, deplorable hypocirites... not what we once were and what we can be again. Time to get rid of the cancer in the the White House.
