Ooohh, that's bad!
This is almost as Draconian as Utah!
I always thought PA was the Birthplace of Freedom, but it looks like the grave of individual responsibility. Does anyone else see the irony of this? The state will sell you the booze to get in trouble with, then incarcerate you when you do! |
