Man Jailed for health threat

I think I just wandered into the twilight zone. Who's going to pay for it? We aren't talking a flight to the bahamas here, we're talking about a radio, or a portable telly. More to the point:

He said sheriff's deputies will not let him take a shower -- he cleans himself with wet wipes -- and have taken away his television, radio, personal phone and computer.

We aren't talking about providing him with these things, we're talking about not confiscating what he already had.
