My usual breakfast these days

I've gone the whole route over the years, cold and hot cereals, eggs and all the fixins. But these days when it's cold I have found a new breakfast treat that hits the spot and is a pretty quick fix.

I take 2 slices of bread, usually rye or sourdough. I lay on a few slices of really good prosciutto ham and a thin layer of buffalo mozzarella cheese, i butter the bread and brown it in an old black skillet. I wash it down with coffee and orange juice.

I know it might not sound healthy but damn it hits the spot at 7am and I figure it's lower fat then some things like eggs and bacon.
