Iran ... Iraq ... what's the diff

Now, let me get this straight ... news reports today say that Al Qaeda deputies are being harbored in Iran ... and ... the U.S. is going to attack Iraq.

Commenting in the latter article:

''We declared almost a year ago that we would punish Iraq after Sept. 11,'' said Meyraw Wurmser, director of the Center for Middle East Policy at the Hudson Institute. ''If the Iraqis have been involved in Sept. 11, and the administration claims that is the case, they should have been punished before now.''

On the same day, Bush entertains Saudi ambassador Prince Bandar bin Sultan at the Western White House, as if, 15 of the 19 hijackers had not been Saudis.

Now, we knew going into this administration that Dubya don't know from geography ... but he does understand big oil.
