Yes, it's funny.
1-Because someone considers that art, but I guess that's subjective. 2-It's true, that is not a drill. It's a drill motor which is one of the many ways to turn a drill. 3-It's a clever word play, using a phrase that is usually used in serious scenarios, in a whimsical piece. 4-Because I'm as twisted as you are, without being beat up by hurricanes.
