How much would a London penthouse be? Throw in an Aston Martin DB9, a couple of tailor made suits, some nice cellar additions, maybe a beneteau. You are correct though. It's been well proven the increased happiness from buying stuff is entirely temporary and that people at almost every level have the same level of happiness.
