My biggest problem with HOAs is the situation like the 90-something yo veteran who can't fly the flag, for which he fought, on Memorial Day, in his own damn yard, because of HOA rules.
Or whatever that particular situation was. The only HOA rule I'd ever approve of is one where ya can't mow on Sunday. I detest Sunday mowers. For some reason. IDK what it is.
