I realize you are working with folding tape, but still, you and Eric Demaine must have some genes in common

I came across the web pages with his " Waves-in-Glass" back when you posted your X-mas ornaments.

My brain doesn't begin to go in those directions, so I envy your creativity, and look forward to seeing your "ball of blue fuzz" in 3-dimensions
