April 16, 2010: Spotty or Pongo?
The article say this cross between a Dartmoor pony and British Spotted pony, is named Spotty.
But the caption under one of the pictures says, "The newborn foal - real name Pongo - has been spotted on running about Dartmoor".  Whatever his name, he's young and tender.  link
