What kind of magic is this?

I did discover bit.dl is a business(corporate) internet provider. I suppose it's a good security thing, although I thought cutting wires was kind of old tech for stealing information?

It's a joke --

If you cut the network cable you will have perfect firewalling. No traffic will be permitted in on any port.

(Googled OHM2013, it was a hacker/maker conference)
