This is the most appropriate thread I could find...
Yesterday, I BEAT the BANK OF AMERICA !!! I actually got the branch manager to call some "central office" about my $228.75 squabble with BofA for the past 4 months over ever-accumulating bank-fees on my Line of Credit account. The manager got them to acknowledge I was right in my arguments. The manager got them to agree to go back and reverse the charges. The manager apologized to me (for what the "central office" had done) What could be better ? Please click the video... |

I hate when after a lot of bullshit I finally get a situation like that straightened out, only to have it rear it's ugly head 6 months later.
I sincerely hope that will not happen to you.
