Gino's is back!!!

Gino's is back!!

I was at work when one of the cleaning crew got in the elevator and said that Gino's just reopened in King of Prussia. (story here restaurant website here

For those not from the area, Gino's was a regional fast food chain who sold Kentucky Fried Chicken as well as their own food. There signature burger was the 'Gino's Giant', which in my opinion was better than the Big Mac. Long story short, they went public, got bought out by Marriott, and got screwed. For almost 30 years, all I've known are Big Macs and all I can remember is that I liked the Gino's Giant better.

I intend to be in KofP this weekend. The questions are:
Have my tastes changed?
With presumably a new supplier, will their secret sauce stay the same?

I suspect it will be Gino's in name only.

Yeah. "Schwinn" is still around too. (Crappy Chinese bikes now.) But on the other hand "Bugatti" recently came back too. (Kick-ass exotic sports car I'll never see, let alone touch.)

I wouldn't eat at a restaurant that sells another restaurant's food. I'd eat at that restaurant.

There was no KFC around here, back then. Gino's was the only place to get it.
