Good point. We don't have those here. Collections of strangers who share a ZIP-plus four.

We have two tubs this year.
One of mini packs of Haribo (and the OT poster is right - there is nowhere near enough in them to make them fun) and a tub of Treat-Sized Cadburys bars. See what they did there? I had to buy the second tub because I found myself snacking on the first. Three bags at a time. My non-sweet tooth is drawn to gelatine based goodies it seems.

Also I wanted something halal to offer.

Anyway, Mum says, "Don't be disappointed if no-one comes, like last year." I don't remember that being the case. I really don't. But I was drinking a bit back then I've even searched the Cellar to see if I can unearth (a good Halloween word) a post to tell me, but if I was disappointed I don't seem to have registered it. Anyway, it's all for my own pleasure and if they don't come at least I didn't build a baseball field.

I'll be carving my pumpkin and setting out my decorations mid-afternoon.
Our clocks went back this morning, so it'll get dark early tonight.

Kep your (severed) fingers crossed for me. I hope at least that some kids will remember from last year. If not, I'll have the Haribo and Mum can have the Cadburys.

Gawd I've missed you Sundae.

Saw Trick or Treaters coming down the street yesterday-ran away and hid. It is UNAUSTRALIAN (this was our previous PM's answer to everything that he didn't think the country should implement).

Just a reminder. Some of us catch up with the Cellar at work. Could we please keep the NSFW pictures in a NSFW section?

Sorry, I swear I put a warning on it, but I can see quite clearly it doesn't have one. I'd be more than happy for it to be deleted or have a warning added if that's possible.

The problem is when you're scrolling down a thread, the warning and picture come up at the same time. So it doesn't do any good unless the warning is in the thread title. That kills the entire thread, for people at work, just for one picture.

Mymorethanbad. I must self-flagellate. And not post pics thereof. But.... ya know... it's not so hot for a moderator to say youbad in hindsight. You read everything pretty much straight away. If you let it ride at the getgo, you can't play the "you suck"card a couple days later. Just sayin'

I was responding to your suggestion it be tagged NSFW in retrospect.

Seems silly to tell me I can't do what I already did.
