Oooh! That's a great idea Seņor Griff!

Except...if people start getting the giggles and become stationary, it could ruin everything. Hmmm...perhaps we could put this at the end of the mosh.

Not at all. This was during my incredibly brief college career....the dealers were very easy to access on campus.

A terminoogy? Is that a noogie that kills?

paraquat: highly toxic contact herbicide containing a salt of a cation (Merriam-Webster)

You're in college aren't you headsplice? Or have you smoked too much weed to pull out a dictionary?

(Don't feel bad...I didn't know what it was either.)

At one point the "war on drugs" was using chemical weapons in hopes of spoiling crops that they weren't able to kill...and there was a psyops element in convincing the stoners that their weed might be contaminated.

They used Paraquat because Agent Orange already had a bad rep...:-)

Do you like my edit? I think it's much clearer.
Actually, steeped in the drug culture as I am, I kind of assumed that a paraquat was some slang that I didn't know. Like enjoying O-town, or being a talking head. Thanks for the info.

This must make me older than dirt, then, as I remember $20.00 ounces, and "lids" for $15.00.

Come to think of it, those cheap dope prices make me wonder just how I remember anything from those days at all.

*major jaw drop* Holy Mother of GOD!!! And I thought that the houka (sp??) that a friend of mine had was huge. It had like 8 pipes coming out of the base, and you could drop an ounce in the bowl and keep it lit with coals.

Amazing!
