Well, V, your long and allegedly rebutting post gave me my first big LOL for today -- though more on account of you being ridiculous than you being fun. Really, V, all things being equal -- I'd really rather you weren't being ridiculous, okay? We are not wholly without sympathy for each other, but come on.

I see dov collapsed once I turned my attention to him -- and worse than Happy Monkey. The Left people just don't have the strength -- they wimp right out, and loudly abandon the field, claiming unfairness. Comes of bad ideas, boo raucous hoo. Me, I never abandon the field, because my opposition's unfairnesses are things to attack, attack, attack, attack, attack. You don't want to get overwhelmed, don't write fatuity -- not when good sense is so much better.

Winners look like me; losers look like dov. Take a lesson.

A quick show of hands, please. HoF material? Sharp, succinct, on target. I have difficulty with this one because the majority of posts by each of them are irritatingly ludicrous and combative. And then once in a while, they say something plainly, and it stands out in stark contrast.

Is the post worthy by the cellar's standards? Or is it just a personal record for dov?

I never made any claims that I was rebutting anything you said. You're just making that up. Go back and check (or not), you'll see I offered a translation of your remarks to a newish member.

Ridiculous? Coming from you I consider that an expert opinion. But your preferences regarding my behavior or tone of voice are a matter of monumental indifference to me. You're right. We have very occasionally supported the same side of a discussion. The trend I have noticed is in all those cases, your tone of voice is much more civil. In fact, when you are not civil, I am strongly inclined to oppose you based on your attitude. I would find that kind of dialog (diatribe) obnoxious and unworthy of my serious attention, regardless of the "side" you're on.

Notice the rest of your post. This is the BS I'm talking about. It's just talking trash, flaming. Whatever. When you abandon civility, you lose my interest and my support . When you adopt bigotry and prejudice, you orphan your readers. When you fling mud, all you get is dirty.
