Why, in some of the clips, were there people standing by the side of the highway. There seemed to be regular traffic in both lanes but an assload of people on the shoulder. For example, in the one where the dude gets arrested.

For some reason, FireFox, or the Cellar, or AT&T is blocking LiveLeak vids from appearing in my old as fuck FireFox.
