Let's see. (We'll leave the Rhesus factor out of the equation for now.) If you don't LOVE mushrooms, then put down that you HATE them, even if you are mildly put off by them.

I'm positive my blood type is O.
And I hate mushrooms. They don't know if they want to be slimey or crunchy. And they smell like feet.* *no offense to multi-foot |

Blood type: common garden variety Type O. Fondness for mushrooms: yes (does not extend to an obsession, i.e. you will never find me gathering my own in the woods. I'll buy my Hens of the Woods at Wegmans).

They can test it pretty quickly, I guess, for medical emergency purposes. It just seems odd to me, for some reason I've always known my blood type. Of course, I've donated a lot of blood in my time.
