Wish Upon a Hero
OK Dwellars
I know you are a generous lot. I've seen the evidence. I heard about this website on a local news broadcast. I've just joined up. The basic deal is that you can post or grant a wish. I can't wait to start granting some wishes... |

OK so we granted our first wish. 2 packs of diapers (off-brand - is that bad) and some food items (cheese crackers and peanut butter crackers. easy mac, some other microwaveable dinner items, ramen noodles and juice)
Total cost $36 (plus shipping) value - priceless ![]() |

*Blinks*
I just went on there and read a couple of random wishes. One of them totally broke my heart. A woman in her 50s, estranged from her children, not knowing quite why, and looking for a little family affection. I think her wish is one of the saddest things I've ever read. She's asking for so little, such an ordinary thing. |
