The Philadelphia story with Grace Kelly, who later became Princess Grace of Monaco, was a big hit movie.
Well now's your chance to buy the house the movie was shot in. 50 rooms on 360 acres, on the Philly Main Line, where the upper crust (and a few lower crust sports stars) reside.

Uh...if you have to ask, you can't afford it.

I just read the article from The Inquirer. $900,000 an acre X 360 + mansion & other buildings + a little bidding frenzy. Is it unreasonable to think proceeds could reach half a billion or more? DAMN!
