i had a customer at my desk leasing a car......she was over 60, worked at a church doing something or other. we had finished the paperwork, and were chatting.....i was hating the chatting. it was going nowhere, and i just wanted her to leave. the salesman came, and instead of taking her out, continued to chat........so......before i could restrain it, i said....."Ok, now get the hell out." just like that. i was appalled. i turned crimson, and my ears caught fire. i fell all over myself apologizing, and saying that i was just kidding....but.....wow. I've said that to customers before, but it has always been appropriate because of the rapport, and the type of people. this lady was offended. i was sorry. you cant un say that kind of thing tho. dummy

Long ago, in my adolescence and his, one of my younger brothers did something to annoy me -- a very regular occurrence -- and I called him a son of a bitch.

I decided then and there that that was a tactic doomed to complete failure.

Psh, that's nothing; my DAD called me a son of a bitch once.

He slept on the couch that night for sure.
