for the last 7 years the needle hasnt moved. 50kgs. pizza diet = 50kgs. salad diet - 50kgs

It's been a while since I last checked, but I think I'm around 135-140 pounds, at five-seven or five-eight. Maybe even five-nine by now.

I know about evil pasta. That mac and cheese at the deli is always tempting me and I give every time. It's just about a cup but we clog our arteries a cup at a time.

lj, girls are so trained to think of themselves as fat that EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT FAT they 'feel' fat. She is only reacting to what society tells her. I think she said she wants to lose five pounds. I know, I know, but, we are an inclusive membership. No, we DO NOT condone nor will we assist anorexics in their self destructive drive, but, we will embrace all who come to the Weight Loss Thread. Even those who are only here for cosmetic reasons. Me, I'm fighting for my LIFE!
