In answer to the question, and I don't know if this is a major factor or not, but it's hard to "finish" in the back door. Assuming that "longer to finish" equals "better finish" (more pressure build up) that could be a reason.

Yes, but there's a reason they get $400 more and I doubt it's for lack of willing participants. Some will, some won't, but I believe the price is driven by the apparent high demand, from the porn I accidentally, unintentionally stumble over online.
