It's an animated GIF. The picture quality isn't so good because these files tend to get HUGE.

I use Adobe Photoshop Elements as my imaging software. It has 90% of the functionality of full-blown Photoshop at 10% of the price.

Yeah, that's gotta be a huge gif. I didn't look at the file size, but that has to be a monster. Relatively speaking, of course.

I'm just not skilled enough to use Adobe's products. I use Paint Shop Pro and Animation Shop. I really don't see the difference, it's just that I got accustomed to Jasc's software. I hear that Photoshop is better, but I just don't bother.
