Even neutrinos are appearing before their time. Don’t count on anything any more. By the time it can be counted, it is not longer there. Time to think differently. What was the past is already the future.

Welcome to quantum physics. The future of kids today (quantum physics) was already. So what is current?

Decision About One Second Is Postponed for Three Years
Quote:
Delegates at an international telecommunications meeting in Geneva
were to decide on Thursday whether to recommend the elimination of leap seconds,
which are occasionally added to the world’s atomic clocks to keep them
synchronized with Earth’s rotational cycles.<snip>

With no consensus among the delegates, officials at the International Telecommunication Union,
part of the United Nations, sent the issue back to a panel of experts for further study.

A revised proposal will be introduced no earlier than 2015.

This was harder than you might think.

"Chairman, I move that we defer the decision until 2015."

"Anyone willing to second that?"

*meeting winces, stares at their notes...
