All I Want for Christmas is...

This is where you write up your wish list, folks. What do you hope to get? What do you know you're going to get already? What have you already gotten and decided to call it Christmas because it was so damn extravagant?

None of the above applies to me this year. I've got more than I need already. So...what do I want?

1) A fresh, personal naughty picture from Labrat, and plans for a weekend in Iowa.
2) A recording of LJ playing "Ring of Fire", with video.
3) A calendar featuring photos of all the Cellarites, dressed or undressed.

That's all.

Excellent! Also try our wide range of deliciously satanic Norwegian Black Metal...or any black metal for that matter.

I'd like:
- to lose another 70lbs
- a more positive outlook
- a lover

I believe I will get them between now and next Christmas.

If you can come up with airfare, I can guarantee you #3, which might well result in #2.

Start reading stuff on mindfulness. Be fully engaged and effective in the task at hand and don't burn energy thinking about the last screw-up or the problem on the horizon. The idea is to "wire and fire," to repeatedly use neural pathways that end in positive thoughts. Because of the way the brain appears to work, we can train it to use certain pathways habitually. We can create positive habits to replace our old negative ones. The brain is plastic. Change your mind.
