				Grilled eggplant and sirloin

Tonight I grilled eggplant and a steak that had been marinating for a few days. My first time to grill eggplant, was good.

On the steak I used Allegro marinade, Tony's. Then brushed w/oil. Brushed the e-plant with a mix of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lime, S&P and italian seasoning.

I salted it and let drain for about 1 hr. Then patted dry. Sometimes I slice like FF's then salt and drain and shake w/a take-off mix of the outback onion batter mix.
