Forehead wrinkles. Horizontal or vertical?
Here's a theory I'm considering:
people who have horizontal lines on their forehead are nicer than those that have vertical ones.

There are exceptions. Some nice people have bad vision and do a lot of squinting.... Some mean people have both kinds.
But, it's a quick tell.... It's one of the things I use to gauge how to approach customers.
