On flights into America?
Or flights leaving America? Or just internal flights? With the airline industrry suffering from the global economic downturn, I can only see the last option carrying any kind of possibility. And that's gotta be a slim one too.

Sept. 11th is on a Sunday this year. The day that people who traveled someplace all fly back home so they can go to work on Monday morning. I find your proposal... unlikely.
