Hi Cellar!

So I'm involved with a cultural club at UIUC, called PSA, Philippine Student Association (I may have mentioned this?). For the 6th consecutive year there has been a midwest event called the Battle of the Bamboo where Filipino college organizations come to Chicago to compete for the title of best cultural dance. My school, UIUC has won it 3 times, this year, 2009 was our 3rd time winning!

I was a musician for it, and it was THE best experience in college, by far. I played a tribal drum, we made up our own music and choreographed the tribal dance to the music (which is actually VERY hard!).

Please, enjoy UIUC PSA's Championship Battle of the Bamboo performance---called Salip.
