Been awhile, because I don't feel as sexy when I haven't been running regularly. Had a great run this morning, 57 F and no breeze. Perfect conditions. Must have produced a few extra endorphins, cuz I was feeling photogenic this morning... enjoy
 ps, anyone know WHY it's called a ham????
