In Norristown some firefighters were hurt (I think maybe even killed, don't remember) when a place like this caused an electrical fire. They don't have the initiative in Norristown to dig a whole underground facility, they just convert a house in the middle of a crowded block.

Not hard to imagine how something like this could cause a massive electrical fire!

In my world, these places are legal and thus made above ground and safe, and the resources that go into five years of investigation are turned towards violent organized crime and the War on Terror.

Those guys did nice work, much nicer than the house the Meth lab freaks burned down in Binghamton last week. I thought pot heads were supposed to be lazy...

Just how in hell do you build something like this without a lot of people knowing about it? Even if you're way out in the boondocks, the amount of labor and materials is huge. I wonder if they claimed it was a bomb/fallout shelter?

You bring in a crew from WAY out of state , and you use NO local labor ,
if there was already a natural cave then it wouldnt have bee that hard to build a house on top of it then build the rest your self ,

That is so cool! Could you imagine having a room like that set up as a home theater or a game room? The sneaky bat-caveishness of it is awesome!

Your world is populated with sinners and fornicators. We must serve as the Hand of God in eradicating evils such as drugs and sex from His Creation. Logic don't enter into it, man.

I've left your name on the guest list. I know the owner.

perhaps this is the place where bluntman and chronic from jay and silent bob have their hideout/base of tokerations. i am:

1. very impressed with the amount of effort and thorough design.
2. sad that it got shut down, and in agreement with ut.
3. very jealous of the trap door rock. i've always wanted one. just to be able to speed down the road to it and then dive in. it's worth having the hideout just to do that alone.
