Canada, Eh

Both Beestie, and the Limeys, traveled to Canada for an old fashioned Canadian Winter Vacation. Unfortunately they ran head on into record warmth, and rain... bummer.
These pictures from the Nova Scotia Archive show what was, and I'm sure will be, just not now.

Sorry you guys missed out on snow - you needed to go north and a little east of Georgian Bay. Never a shortage of snow there. However, I'm sure the Atlantic Provinces will show you a grand holiday time, eh!

We had a lovely walk in the sunshine beside the Ottawa River yesterday, and passed several guys clad only in shorts and a t-shirt. We have been promised snow soon, I believe

Time for a Nunavut Snow Dance. Make sure they don't slip in the Anti-Snow Dance.
