San Antonio trip

We went to San Antonio 2 weeks ago. My wife had to do some consulting at the Tesoro HQ up on the north side of the city. I had a few days to kill. I ended up visiting several old Catholic churches in and around the city. I don't do a great deal of HDR but architectural interiors are one place the technique is useful as it really balances shadows and highlights by merging several different exposures into one image.

I also ended up walking around the Botanical Gardens where I the technique worked in situation where the overhead sun made for a lot of contrast.

As usual I also took pictures as we dined in some nice restaurants.

I never tire of your pics Chris, but the B&W one of the church is really special - even for you.

Shame you didn't get a picture of the Quadrangle, where Geronimo was held, for the whovians.

Thanks to all, in retrospect the image of the iced tray of oysters is almost like the church with pews I guess. Kind of pulls you into the center.
