Stressing?

NBC's Dateline was devoted to stress last night, with a test you can take on the site. Take it, and see where you stand.

I scored 700, primarily due to the job questions. I also need to get more sleep (averaging about 4-6 hours a night), so I am at medium risk. From the program last night, if your score is over 780, you should get a check-up.

I'm generally good at handling stress, although the last 6 months have been really rough. Hopefully, there are better days ahead.

Having a job is stressful? How would you compare it to *not* having a job? :-)

Depends on one's personal situation, really.

45. All honest too.

Now, if you had me fill that out two years ago... we'd probably be in the 780+ range.
