21 day old ricotta filling?
21 days ago I made a couple of quarts of ricotta filling (ricotta, asiago, oil cured black olives, carmelized onions, herbs, suateed baby bellas) and I used half and intended to put the other half in the freezer for another day.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions as they say. It smells fine and there is no evidence of mold. I'm wondering if it has been refrigerated and not opened if it is still good to eat or should be pitched.
