Sad day in history!

Some web link led me to this website about the deadly fire on December 1, 1958 at the OLA Catholic school in Chicago.

The story of how it happened and the ensuing tradgedy is pretty amazing. I remember attending an old elementary school in the early 60's when we lived on Long Island, 4 stories with only one outdoor fire escape.

Amazing.
