O fucking uch

OK, I'm not pissing razor blades and no one stuck a camera into my special purpose, or anything like that.

20 years ago I really fucked up my rotator cuff and being 26 I didn't have $ or insurance to get it fixed. since then it has always been a bit dodgy. Last year I re injured it and was in a sling for a while.

Today, I stumbled and heard the old rice krispys crunch in my shoulder and now I'm not a happy camper. I had a whole shit load of house fixing work lined up since the fambly was going out of town and I could work on the place like pacific heights. Now I can't even raise my own arm, much less a sheet of drywall.

grrr.

http://www.absorbinejr.com in my opinion works better than Icy Hot because its not as messy. Joint pain relief has been a problem for me especially in my neck. I used Absorbine Jr for neck pain relief because it had a glue stick like applicator which is easy to put on by myself, which is helpful because sometimes you can't find someone to put it on for you. It's important to find something that gets you pain relief fast and quickly. I use this stuff before bed after a long rum around the block fora couple of hours.

one would think after a long rum it wouldn't be bothering you so much anyway?

Funny blast from the past. I could use a long rum right now. I wish the local bar delivered.
