No...and I'd like to be the first to say that Michael Jackson was not nearly as creative as Mr. Irwin when he endangered *his* child's life by dangling him over a balcony railing.

Who? What? ... oh, that dude.

I think most of the coverage of that got knocked out by local news reports on Tug McGraw's death.

He told Larry King his only mistake was doing it on camera. The kid was in no danger and has to be taught what is in the back yard.

Aw, hell, Tug died? I really have to start watching the news. At least he got that closing-out-the-Vet feel-good moment...

some people...

I saw him interviewed on the Today show the other day, and poor Matt Lauer was trying his level best to reason with this fool. Between the delay from NYC to Oz and Irwin's long drawn-out answers to Lauer's questions, it was painful to watch.

All I have to say is that in most cases, whenever its man vs. nature, nature tends to come out on top somehow.

What an idiot.

Ummm...yeah.

And it really doesn't matter **HOW** safe he says he and the kidlet were. Accidents happen.

As much as it appalls me to admit this is my opinion...I think doing something as incredibly stupid as bringing a baby anywhere NEAR a critter like this should immediately result in having one's children removed from one's home.

And perhaps even being forbidden from spawning again.

Yeeeeeesh.

Onyx, when you create a thread, it might be better to include some sort of reference to what you're actually talking about. For example, a link, and then a short explanation of its contents. Or alternately, a good explanation and no links. Armed with such useful information (that being, what the hell you're talking about), people will be better equipped to create interesting, insightful replies.

Please, think on this. For the good of my breaking point.

I don't watch much TV, so I was among the clueless. For those, like me that didn't know what the heck this was about - here's some info complete with picture.

What a dolt.
