What color is your State?

Why is it that seeing my state on a map colored blue instead of red makes me actively disinterested in politics?

my state is purple. (red and blue make purple, right?)

It's leaning blue-purple, though. Like your nuts when you can't get off. That color.

This ours. Not that I agree with it, but that is the reality down here. At least for about 75% of people, the other 25% being black.
