Last week of school

I think I'm finally pretty ready for it to be done...

Whoa, your kids are still in school? What's your start date in the Fall? We've been out for 2 weeks now...

We have two more weeks left. June 25th is the last day.

Fuckin' snowmageddon in February shut the damn place down for so long they have to make up several days, maybe a whole week. It was going to be a late year anyway this year for some reason, and the snow days just made it worse.

We were done June 1. Didn't take any snow days, don't have in-service days, and only observe the holidays we want.

We had no snow days either -which means five extra days of school than in a bad snow year.

In the UK, they go until the middle of July, though, and only get 6 weeks break.
