11/8: Whitney Houston looks bad
Just in case anyone's still interested in celebrity crap, this image happened about three weeks ago and was reported on Drudge, and I just heard about it. Apparently Ms. Houston appeared for five minutes as a part of the Michael Jackson version of the tribute/fundraiser events, and she looked awful, and the producers aren't using the footage they got. It was said that she looked like Karen Carpenter at the height of her anorexia. Eww. |

Well, not necessarily! but this one appears late, because I was waiting for a three-hour FTP job to finish.
Besides the only other thing I have to do today is wait for The Tick to come on. 8:30pm, Fox. |

I saw the ad for the special on CBS last night (maybe it was ABC), and they mentioned her name as a performer. I think I might actually have to watch it now just to get a look at her.

There was a quip in the paper
that said she had been "digitally fattened" by some computer called a Harvey. This computer was also supposed to have darkened Michael Jackson's complexion for the performance. I recall somewhere in the neighborhood of 800,000 frames had to be edited.
