WANKING
According to New Scientist Magazine WANKING and plenty of it especially in ones' twenties dramatically reduces ones'chances of developing prostate cancer later in life.
Ejaculation at least 5 times per week is recommended, it's the old adage, Use it-Or lose it! I guess. Regular flushing of the prostate is where it's at so don't be cranky go for the WANKY.
