Stuff I wish there was a thread about:
Is the current situation regarding opiate addiction more of a law enforcement problem or more of a public health problem? Discuss.
How important, really, is the debt of our country? It's all issued in treasury bonds, by far, the most respected debt instrument across the world. Discuss. How do you know? We talk, that's a start. Often we're talking past each other, that's moving backwards. How can we move forward? Discuss. White Privilege / Inherent Bias. Another subject that exists and eludes. Discuss. and others too numerous to mention. I consider all of you my extended family. In the immortal words of Bilbo Baggins, “I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.” But I've know many of you for a sizable portion of my adult life. I agree that treasury bonds should be backed by opiates rather than trust and faith in the economy which is the invention of white people to swindle others out of socialized health care while law enforcement looks the other way. Now we know and knowing is half the battle because we're all still here even though we're not all there.
