Just found an awesome new crib! six bills/mo. for an entire house in very nice shape, in the country!

I've only got a few more days in this place before I need to skeedaddle.

Ahh. SN's friend is a wise, wise woman. She pointed out that I was still in the middle of so much crap that now probably wasn't the best time for me to be adding more crap to my pile and we put things on hold for the next 6 months.

In the interim she found a nice guy who was unencumbered.

I was immensely relieved, actually, when she suggested that we cool things off >>(in truth, when we made out it was like kissing my sister)

No, just good. She is not the only woman out there with smarts and does otherwise match SN's list of important qualities, not by a long shot. He's likely to be pleasantly surprised by the quantity but also the quality of his options for connection, including the making out.

In my case, "surprised" would be a tremendous understatement, but not "pleasantly".
