What TV theme tune?

Hebe's learning a piece called Artemis Rising and we're sure we've heard it before -perhaps a Brit TV theme tune or an old movie theme? Unfortunately, it only seems to be played by youth orchestras, so this is the best clip I could find

Where have we heard this before?

The dude who wrote it was born in 1970... No info on when he wrote the piece, but it sounds like generic bombastic western theme music to me. Very familiar sounding, but then I did get a D- on The Associative Musical/Visual Intelligence Test

it said "news" or "current affairs" to us, but it's not Panorama, World in Action, Newsnight or even the South Bank Show.

Brass Eye? Drop the Dead Donkey?
Maybe it's just one music of the same genre as is used by news programmes.
