small text?

help it's 12:30, still packing, leaving in 4 hours, all text has suddenly gone tiny on the puter. it's not just me, beest can see it too. it's all web pages. How did I do this and how do i fix it, I don't have time to search -I tried "appearance" in the settings, it just altered the tab header size which is fine.

Ahhh! I keep doing that when I'm using my laptop. Never happens on my main machine. Really annoying when it happens.

Cntrl+ and Cnrl- change Internet Explorer's zoom (magnification). That same function is a percent number in the bottom right corner.

However a few sites have display problems when magnification is too large. From experience, 124% is the maximum for those 'troublesome' sites. Cntrl+ and Cntrl- do not permit entry of a custom number: 124%. Click on that bottom right corner to select a custom number if the site is not properly displayed.

Mine IE gives 50%, 75%, 100%, 125%, 150%, 200%, and 400% as the set options, or custom settings from 10% to 1000%.
