Valentine gift idea
I know I way too early. :p However, I am already thinking. So, what would be a good "sentimental" gift for a man? He doesn't wear jewelry, and I don't want to give him something to display on the desktop. He likes gadgets, flashlights, knives, etc. Ain't exactly sentimental items. Was thinking of giving him jewelry anyways, for him just to keep, but....maybe not.

Thanks to this thread I've just booked Dazza and me into the resort/retreat where we spent our honeymoon for valentines weekend.
I think it'll be nice to have one last relaxing weekend before the fun begins. ![]() This is the place. (I had a good weekend on the GG's ![]()

Wow, Ali - that's a gorgeous place!
Tulip, I agree with Monster - we'd need to know something more about him/ your relationship, as the most romantic thing to get is something personal. One Valentines Day I brought tears to my bf's eyes by getting a voucher for afternoon tea for two at a big hotel. Why the reaction? Because he'd only mentioned once that it was an ambition of his and I had remembered. There are all sorts of non-traditional things like personalised beer & champagne, balloon flights, wine tasting experiences, river trips with dinner etc etc. Depends on your budget too. You might just want to find a poem or a song that will mean something to him. That said, steak and a blowjob will probably give him the best Valentines ever. |

Does he wear a watch? My husband's not a jewelry guy at all, but he still loves the really nice watch I gave him before we were married.

mmmm. And look where it's gotten me.
I'm not even gonna start on my valentine problems (Olly: You have got some serious ass valentine's problems) Feb 14 just happens to be homegirl's birthday. The bar got raised every year until one year I finally had to hit the reset button. Still paying for that year. Coincidentally, I haven't gotten a Christmas present or a birthday present since. ![]()

Hello! Hello! Thanks everyone for their input. I've been working nights (cuz I'm so behind in my work
![]() Anyways, here's an overview of our relationship. We've been together for about 9 months. However it's a long-distance relationship, so I don't think we're as close as we could be. As I think he may like the steak and bj idea, hihi, I won't be able to visit him nor will he come visit me, so that's not possible. I don't want to sound cheap, but I really don't want to spend much because I spent too much during the holidays. :p Hmm...maybe around $50 or less, but preferably less.:p That's why I want to give something "little" to show him that I love him. Hmm...what do you men think of a pocket watch with engravings in the front? Wolf: I don't get your suggestion? Are you suggestion simultaneous orgasm? Sundae Girl: I totally understand your afternoon tea idea. But as this moment, I've got no idea. Maybe I should've paid more attention when he talked. ![]() footfootfoot: You still haven't gotten a Christmas present or a birthday present since??!!?? That's just wrong. When you said reset button, did you mean by giving her NOTHING???? Or you just gave something small? Cause if you gave nothing, then you were so wrong. ![]() |

I gave Dazza a brass compass with an engraving on it for our first wedding anniversary. He loved it.
