Free Web Version of Photoshop Launches

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - The maker of the popular photo-editing software Photo shop on Thursday launched a basic version available for free on line.

What they don't say, is that you have a hard time getting away from that page. The back button on mouse doesn't work! IMHO.

Too many site won't let you use the "back" button. You have to click on the little black arrow and chose where you go back to.

I signed up to see what it would be useful for, not much 'photoshoping'. It's just online photo storage and a few basic tools.

No, it's the bait to get you to use their photoh osting service.

It's OK, nothing new, red eye removal and alter the colours a bit, sure you don't have anything to do this already ?

EDIT: Microsoft Photo editor covers a lot of thse bases, the version 3.0 I have here doesn't have red eye removal, whatever is on my mums laptop (Vista OS) does.
